Mission Brief:
My client, a director of a property development company specializing in high-end residential homes, tasked me to produce a comprehensive media package for one of their projects.
The scope of work included creating a detailed floor plan, capturing interior and exterior shots, and producing social media content, such as videos and before/after photos.
The project was completed in approximately two days:

0.5 days onsite for shooting and taking room measurements

1.5 days for editing photos/videos, as well as crafting floor plans
Starting the project on Friday, I ensured that all media was delivered to the client by Monday morning, providing them with a swift turnaround.
For reference, my rates were £450 (GBP) for the whole shoot, including travel, shooting and a full edit with social media content.
With this project, the client had high resolution, beautiful photographs to use in their new website overhaul, and around a months worth of content to use across their social media platforms. If you are looking for something similar, please reach out!
Interior & Exterior Photos:
Over 200 photos were taken in this project, capturing all angles of the construction.
These were cut down and edited into a set of 50 photos which were supplied to the client.
Floor Plans:
Rooms were measured and drawn up using Metropix (Floor plan software) and presented to the client. All rooms labelled with dimensions and colour coded.
Social Media Content:
Around 5 high quality videos were produced for IG Reels and YouTube. We also produced before/after shots, giving them around a months worth of content from just 1 shoot!
